These terms apply to registrations and purchases made through easylingo.fr or by contacting us directly. 2. Our classes

EasyLingo offers face-to-face coding classes taught in English for children aged 6–12 (age groups 6–9 and 10–12). Classes take place at 99 rue Pereire, 78100 Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Laptops are provided; children should bring a USB key to save their projects. No previous coding experience or fluent English is needed.

3. Scratch Coding Boot Camp

4. Registration and payment

  1. You send a registration request through the website. This is not yet a booking.
  2. We contact you (usually by WhatsApp) to agree the place.
  3. Once confirmed, we email you a secure payment link. Payment is made online by card through Stripe.
  4. The place is reserved only once payment is received. Places are limited and are given in order of payment.

5. Trial lessons

Trial lessons are not available at the moment. Leaving your details on the trial form is only a request to be informed when trials open; it does not create a booking or any obligation for either side.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Because the Boot Camp is a leisure activity held on fixed dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply (article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code). In practice we offer the following:

To cancel, email info@easylingo.fr. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

7. Children's behaviour and safety

Parents must hand their child to the teacher at the start of the session and collect them at the end, unless another arrangement has been agreed with us in writing. Please tell us in advance about any allergy, medical need or other information we should know. We may ask a parent to collect a child whose behaviour seriously disrupts the group or puts others at risk.

8. Photos

We will not photograph or film your child, or publish their image, without your prior written consent.

9. Liability

We take care of the children while they are in our class and carry the appropriate insurance. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged, nor for loss of work if a child does not save their project to their USB key. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Personal data

How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints and mediation

If you have a problem, please write to us first at info@easylingo.fr. If we cannot resolve it, EU consumers may use a consumer mediator or the European online dispute-resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory rules of the country where they live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms for future registrations. The terms in force when you register apply to your booking.
